License changes — anything affecting what you are permitted to do with material you have already bought. Terms of use and policy — website terms, payment and delivery conditions, privacy. Service and offer news — technical work on the site, and marketing changes worth knowing about.

Why we keep a dated record

If your license terms change, you need to be able to see what they said on the day you bought. Every notice here carries a date and states plainly what changed, what it affects, and whether it applies to past purchases or only to new ones. Changes are never applied retroactively to narrow rights you already hold.
